Why a one-time build instead of a subscription
Most lead-capture and workflow tools online are $15–130/month CRM or automation platforms you learn and maintain yourself. If you already pay for one of those, I'll build the workflow inside it — no extra subscription. Do I need to already have Zapier, Make or n8n?
No. If you already have one of those accounts, I build inside it. If you don't and the workflow doesn't need it, I build it directly in Python or as a scheduled script — no new subscription at all.
Will you need my passwords or API keys?
Only the narrowest permission that does the job, for the build only. I never keep credentials — they're used during the build and you rotate the key yourself at handover.
What if my workflow is bigger than one automation?
Say so up front — if it's a multi-step system, I'll quote it separately (typically $600–1,500) rather than force it into a single sprint. Asking costs nothing.
